Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
Our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service focuses on all heating and cooling needs within the facility. This includes issues with inconsistent room temperatures — places that feel too hot or too cold — as well as problems with large-scale ventilation systems or smaller related appliances. For instance, if an air conditioning unit is not blowing cold air or a thermostat is malfunctioning, HVAC is the right category.
We also handle maintenance for items like ice machines, vent hoods, ovens, washers, and dryers when the root cause relates to heating, cooling, or ventilation. By choosing this service, you ensure prompt attention to any environmental comfort or appliance-related concerns.

If you experience partial power outages or sparks from an electrical outlet, use this category to alert facilities. Submitting a work request under this service ensures that any electrical or lighting-related needs — both urgent and non-urgent — are swiftly handled by qualified personnel.

For pest concerns, this category handles insects, rodents, or other animals affecting outdoor areas or occasionally intruding indoors. By choosing “Landscape & Pest,” you help maintain the campus’ aesthetics, ensure proper horticultural care, and keep any pest-related problems under control.
