Facilities Management consists of 70-plus employees dedicated to working closely with our campus building occupants to understand and meet the functional needs of our spaces on campus. The Facility Coordinator assigned to your building will be your first point of contact for any facility related questions.
To provide excellent customer service to campus, Facility Coordinators work with the following groups to escort all work request or project through the entire process:

Critical Rooms List
Critical Rooms are those within which teaching, or research, would be significantly impacted by the loss of a service provided by Texas A&M University. Examples: power, water, heating/cooling, and more. To request the addition of a room to the Critical Room List, please contact Mr. Matt Fry with the Office of Vice President for Research (VPR) at: mattfry@tamu.edu, or 979-845-8585.
