From routine and preventative maintenance and service contracts to building access, Facilities Management supports all of Texas A&M, including branch and distant site locations.

Serving as the initial point of contact for project requests, the Campus Construction Management group reviews requests involving Texas A&M buildings, infrastructure, parking and amenities, including auxiliary entities.

Deemed the official keeper of the campus map for building locations/inventory, Facilities Analytics and Mapping supports space requests and compliance for state and federal reporting needs.

With targeted efforts to increase efficiency and reduce our carbon footprint, Utilities and Energy Services connects faculty, staff, students and visitors with power in more than 30 million square feet of facilities, manages power plants in two different locations and brings recycling services campus wide.

The Executive Facilities Committee (EFC), which represents the interests of faculty, staff and students, meets monthly to discuss project requests that require additional review and to formally accept items that can be expedited for completion.
