Bob Casagrande serves as the Regional Vice President with SSC at Texas A&M University.
He has extensive facilities experience as former Director for Facilities Services and Renewal emeritus at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Bob has worked for SSC at TAMU since 2012, and he continues to serve as a post-graduate Adjunct Professor with the SMU’s Lyle School of Engineering and The University of Texas at Arlington. Bob’s alma mater is SMU (go Ponies!) and he holds a BA in Psychology, an MBA degree and an MS in Facilities Management. Bob also maintains a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a State of Texas Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS).
In his spare time, Bob presents seminars and publishes articles on many business and facilities related topics. He plays the keyboard for fun and his favorite vacation destination is Tuscany, Italy. Bob has an eclectic pallet and likes everything but sushi. His favorite quote is: “you can expect what you inspect” and the best advice Bob ever received was to never give up. Bob’s favorite part of his job is working with the SSC at TAMU staff to add value to the university.
